| | | I’m Nayra Alvarado, and I’ve been with the SFMHS marching band for the past
three years. I have now become drum major in my senior year and I can’t imagine
a better way to finish off my high school experience. My goal for the band this
2010 season is to qualify for State which can only be done with patience, hard
work, and perseverance. Band is about bonding and making new friends and
relationships’, being a part of this program has given me the opportunity to
create lasting memories. With the guidance of my instructors and peers I hope to
do the same and make this a good and fun year for everyone involved.
