Band Boosters
The primary task of the band boosters is to raise funds so that the band program can operate. Fund raising consists of operating the Visitor Concession stand at football games during the fall, selling Spirit items at: home football games, Pep Rally lunch schedules and parent related functions held at school. Silent Auction and Concessions donations for use during several events throughout the school year. They also sell Ad's to Businesses and family members for publication in the SFMHS Music Department Program which is distributed to all individuals attending SFMHS Concerts.
Our Booster Parents are the best! They travel with the Marching Band as chaperones, pull our Equipment Trailer and cheer the band on from the stands. There are always volunteer opportunities for any Booster Member. Just ask any returning member how much fun was had by those adults while volunteering their time. The Band Program at SFMHS could not exist without them!
The booster club is a non-profit organization and elects officials each year to preside over the club. There is no membership fee to join and everyone is welcome. Meetings are the 2nd Tuesday of every month beginning in September.
